We jumped at this one, we are used to bespoke homes it’s the mainstay of our business, but seldom do we get a stunning contemporary home in a surrounding like this, situated at the edge of the rocks overlooking the beach and Donegal.
this house has created a lot of interest from those who walk the paths along the coast, the clean lines and front façade of glass finished with a frameless glass balcony has caused quite a talking point with locals and holiday makers alike, this is one we are proud of.
Ballygelagh Village
An interesting extension and renovation. To this North Coast home. Designed by Neu Design activists Coleraine. Based on a beach hut.
We developed this home using an interesting mix of materials to create for our clients a superb interesting bespoke property.
Knocknougher Road
Designed by Bell Architects Ballymoney. This bungalow with a twist was designed to maximize the views from the first floor roof terrace.
Open planned living and a contemporary feel and large expanses of glass make this an incredible property of which we are proud to showcase.
Bruce Park
A late seventies bungalow which was stripped externally and internally of its old identity. Only the walls were left we then built upon the architects design to create a modern home with a contemporary feel.
Whilst retaining some character of the original three bedroom bungalow the now six bedroomed spacious home with Juliet balcony maximises the views from this stunning site within the village of Castlerock on the North Coast.

A Truly Personal Building, we at Mussenden have been proud to have helped our clients and their architects create this superb personal vision.
the house has been designed to take in the views from the site, perched on a bed of basalt rock the home had very exacting requirements which constantly evolved as the building progressed.
