We work on behalf of our clients to create quality homes developments and commercial fit outs, we can accommodate our client’s requirements from single bespoke homes to multi site residential and commercial developments, we work with professional Architects, Surveyors and Sub Contractors to bring your project from design to completion.
We understand on single home developments especially on bespoke homes the project may be the biggest single thing our clients will undertake in a lifetime, one which will pose major challenges and concerns at all stages, from budget and design through to completion this is why we are always on hand to offer advice, help and a personal service throughout the project and beyond.
Mussenden Development Ltd is keen to promote renewable technologies and we have experience working with sub contractors who specialise in this ever increasing field, we are passionate about the world around us, we are committed to reducing the waste we produce and disposing of what we do responsibly.
Mussenden Development Ltd. carries full professional, contract, employer and public liability insurances we are full members of the National House Building Council, Federation of Master Builders, European Builders Confederation and hold Gold Site safety supervisors status. We can offer a full 10 year warranty on new build, replacement dwellings, and up to a six year warranty on extension and renovations projects.
